A 50% deposit is required in order to guarantee the reservation. The balance of 50% of the total bill for
accommodation shall be paid 21 days prior to the arrival date. If bookings are made at short notice
(less than 21 days prior to arrival) a 100% deposit is required to secure the booking.

We accept all major credit cards and EFT payments, but not debit card payments.

We hold provisional booking requests for 48 hours from date of request. If you have not contacted us and made payment to secure the booking, the booking will automatically be released.

Should the payment policy not be met, Sediba Luxury Safari Lodge reserves the right to cancel the reservation without notice.

•     Cancellation made four weeks prior of stay, 100% of deposit will be refunded
•     Cancellation made less than four weeks prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee charged
•     Cancellation made three weeks or less prior to stay, 70% cancellation fee charged
•     Cancellation made within 10 days or less prior to stay, 100% cancellation fee charged
•     Should a cancellation be made prior to four weeks of arrival, and guests want to reschedule their stay, this will be done at no charge if there is availability on requested dates
